Personal Training

All clients undergo a thorough fitness evaluation and profile with our Program Director prior to the commencement of their training. This allows us to identify any weaknesses and/or imbalances, as well as address any concerns that may require the attention of a medical professional. A custom-designed program is then implemented that ensures safe and efficient progression to achieve the client's goals.

Clients are matched with one trainer that best suits their individual needs, schedule availability, and personality. Re-evaluation is then done monthly to monitor progress and update programs. Testing includes the measurement of strength, stability, balance, joint range of motion, posture, and movement skills, as well as body composition.

Education

All of our trainers are highly-trained professionals with years of experience in working with clients of all ages and backgrounds. Each trainer is certified by one or more of the most-respected fitness organizations, and each specializes in a variety of areas, including athletic performance enhancement, fat loss and pre- and post-rehabilitation training. Service

Clients recieve many additional benefits while training, including complimentary water and towels, special discounts on products and services, and open use of the training area during operating hours.

Our unique training center allows the client to enjoy a private educational experience, without the intimidation and distractions associated with large health clubs.
