All clients undergo a thorough
fitness evaluation and profile with our Program Director prior to the commencement
of their training. This
allows us to identify any weaknesses and/or imbalances, as well
as address any concerns that may require the attention of a medical
professional. A custom-designed program is then implemented that ensures safe and efficient progression to achieve the client's goals.
Clients are matched with one trainer that best suits their individual needs, schedule availability, and personality. Re-evaluation is then done monthly to monitor progress and update programs. Testing includes the measurement of strength,
stability, balance, joint range of motion, posture, and movement
skills, as well as body composition.
