Strongman Training

From January through August, one Human Performance offers “Strongman Saturdays”, a weekly test of strength, power and will. Done in an open group format, athletes at all levels join us for 90 minutes of the most grueling, challenging, fun and unique workouts you have ever experienced.

Strength tasks include:

  • Tire flips
  • Sled drags
  • Sandbag carry
  • Farmer's walk
  • Overhead hold

and more!

  • When: Every Saturday at noon, beginning January 2nd
  • Where: ONE Human Performance, 2 Changebridge Road, Unit G, Montville, NJ
  • Fee:
    • $20 per session (drop in)
    • Monthly memberships are available for this program: sign up for 2 sessions - $15 per session, sign up for 4 sessions - $10 per session
    • Non-clients, first session is free. Clients, bring a friend for their first time and get in free!
