Eli Kababa comes to ONE Human Performance from a dance background. His dance career began outside of the studio. The first movement style he studied was Tae Kwon Do. These studies continued for five years all the while developing his love and understanding of movement. This led him to pursue other forms of movement such as break-dancing, hip-hop and tumbling. He became interested in studying dance fulltime. He then attended the County College of Morris’ dance department and graduated with Associates in Fine Arts degree. During his years at the college he was chosen to perform at the International Dance Festival in Prague, New Czech Republic. There he received first place recognition in the dance theatre category.
Currently, he is also employed with the New York City Ballet as a teaching artist in the NYC public school system. He, along with his business partner, are developing dance education programs, teaching classes, and performing all over the tri-state area.
He is a certified personal trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and is excited to bring and share his knowledge of movement to all who are involved with ONE Human Performance. We are all moving through this life together. Whether you want to walk, sprint, or dance through it…let us move through it together as ONE. Developing your body along the way so that you may be performing and interacting with your life to the fullest.
