Eric D'Agati
Owner/Director/Master Trainer
Eric D'Agati is the Founder and Director of ONE Human Performance. Eric has spent the past 12 years in the fitness industry as a coach, trainer and instructor, pioneering his unique approach to client assessment, performance enhancement and injury prevention.
Eric studied Exercise Physiology at William Paterson University and, in addition, has had the good fortune over the years of learning directly from some of the greatest minds in the industry, including Gray Cook, Charles Poliquin, Mike Clark and Paul Chek. His list of certifications includes CHEK Practitioner, Poliquin Performance Coach, National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), Performance Enhancement and Integrated Flexibility Specialist (NASM), Functional Movement Screen (FMS), Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), Apex Body Composition Specialist and SPARQ Speed, Agility & Quickness Trainer.
Each year, Eric travels around the world teaching and speaking to trainers, coaches and therapists from such prestigious organizations as Functional Movement Systems, NJAHPERD, NJSIAA, Nike and SPARQ Camps, Frank Glazier Clinics and The Mayo Clinic.
Also a media presence, Eric has appeared on numerous shows and in several publications throughout the years. He has been a regular guest on sports talk radio shows The Natural and High School Sports Overtime and has contributed to StudentSports.com, SidelineChatter.com and CompleteQB.com.
His list of training clients includes individuals who have been named Gatorade and NJ Players of the Year, All-Americans, National Champions and Pro-Bowl athletes. He also works with many high-level County, State, National and World Champion sports teams, including local favorites such as the NY/NJ Juggernaut Women's Professional Softball, NY Islanders and NY Football Giants.
Eric is also very active with youth sports in his local community, where he coaches his two young boys in multiple sports.
Dr. Danielle Damelio
Chiropractic Physician
Dr. Damelio graduated Magna Cum Laude from both Rutgers University, with a Bachelors Degree in Biology, and Los Angeles College of Chiropractic with her clinical Doctorate degree.
A background as an elite gymnast laid the foundation for her interest in sports injury. She has established herself as an expert in soft tissue sports injury management, with a concentration on functional muscular balance in athletes, ergonomics and posture.
Dr. Damelio had an externship in sports injury under Dr. Timothy Brown, where she became a specialist in SPRT Kinesiotaping. Dr. Damelio is also an active board member of the Association of New Jersey Chiropractors Sports Council. She volunteers for such organizations as the Central Jersey Road Runners Club, New Jersey Tae Kwon Do and New Jersey Track & Field.
Kiersten Weber
Elite Trainer

Kiersten is an active National Figure Competitor and has been in the Fitness Industry, both working and playing, for over 15 years. She holds degrees in Exercise Physiology and Biochemistry as well as Nutrition and brings current experience and knowledge in gymnastics, all-county soccer and fitness and sports nutrition.
Kiersten sits on the medical team for the New York City Marathon and is an assistant to one of the head sports medicine doctors for the US Boxing Commission. She is an adjunct professor in the Biomedical Engineering department at Stevens Tech and is frequently invited to speak at sports medicine and fitness training seminars. She works with a team of consultants for the New York Football Giants, New York Islanders, with athletes and people of all ages in all sports, on all levels.
Nicole Ward
Elite Trainer

Nicole's professional background in education and her commitment to fitness and healthy living have led her to ONE to train and teach others about physical and mental wellbeing. She has over six years experience teaching children and adolescents in various educational, therapeutic and athletic settings. She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, as well as a Mad Dogg Athletics Certified Spin Instructor. Nicole also teaches Iyengar and Vinyasa Flow Yoga classes.
Nicole works with children as young as 4 years old to develop and improve body awareness, gross motor skills, bilateral integration, neuromuscular coordination, balance, flexibility, and rhythm, all while having fun in a safe and non-competitive environment.
Nicole works with teenagers and adults for general health and fitness, as well as more specialized, sport-specific training. A tri-athlete and cyclist herself, she knows the importance of functional strength training to improve speed, increase endurance and prevent injury. Nicole strives to help people of all ages reach their fitness goals while leading happy, healthy, balanced lives.
Jay Benz
Elite Trainer & Performance Coach

Jay graduated from Kean University with a Bachelor's Degree in Health and Physical Education and a Master's Degree in Exercise Science. As a certified strength and conditioning specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association, he has helped many athletes reach their full potential. Jay also holds a Corrective Exercise Specialist certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He is currently teaching health and physical education in West Milford.
Jay has a strong background in baseball, having played at the college level and coached at the high school level. He also enjoys playing golf and football.
Mark Leibowitz
Elite Trainer & Performance Coach

Mark has been with ONE Human Performance since the facility's inception in 2002 and serves as Elite Trainer and Operations Director. His background includes NASM, CPT, CSCS and FMS certifications. His personal experience as a track athlete and powerlifter brings a rare blend to the performance and movement side of training.
"Working with high-level amateur and professional athletes has been a privilege," says Mark. Both Mark and Master Trainer/Owner Eric D'Agati have spent the last two summers working with NFL players, helping them prepare for training camp in Atlanta. "My day-to-day clients put me to the test and allow me to grow in the gym lab," he follows.
Mark resides in Scotch Plains with his wife of 10 years, Lisa, and their son Micah, whom keep him motivated to maintain balance in his life.
Mike Senesky
Elite Trainer & Performance Coach

Elite Trainer & Performance Coach Mike graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in Exercise Science and Biology. He has been involved in the strength and conditioning industry for the past ten years. Along the way, Mike focused his concentration on athletes and has earned several certifications, including NASM's Performance Enhancement Specialist and Certified Personal Trainer as well as NSCA's Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He has also earned a nutritional certification from Apex. Mike has worked with all levels of athletes ranging from youth to professional. He specializes in strength and speed training and hobbies include an intense love for snowboarding and football.
Ashleigh Kast
Personal Trainer

Work hard, but work smart. Both an empowering philosophy Ashleigh instills in her clients and a simple philosophy she employs to help them reach their goals. Ashleigh has and will continue to gather as much knowledge as she can, starting with her NASM CPT and Sports Performance Enhancement Specialty. Ashleigh is a credited kettlebell specialist, muscling through the Russian Kettlebell Challenge RKC1. She is also a high school track and field coach, with USA Track and Field Level 1 Coaching status and a USATFCCCA specialist in the sprint, hurdle and relay events.
Ashleigh's own fitness goals include training for triathlons, from the sprint to Iron distances.
Jeff Eades
Personal Trainer

Jeff is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer who has spent his life immersed in endurance sports and sport-specific training. A life-long endurance athlete and a competitive age-grouper, Jeff has run multiple marathons including qualifying for both Boston and New York, with a 2:54:48 PR in Philadelphia. Jeff has also completed endurance events including multiple 50+ mile trail races, adventure racing, and even an “ultra’ duathlon with over 80 miles of cycling and 20 + miles of running in the same competition.
His wife of almost ten years, Amy, is also a marathoner and with two beautiful daughters, Jeff understands the importance of wellness. Jeff is a firm believer in a functional approach to health and ensuring that the exercises match one’s desired goals. From sport-specific training for young athletes to weight loss and body fat reduction for adults, if it’s enjoyable, clients are far more likely to continue and evolve with the training program to meet their goals both inside and out of the training facility.
