    one Human Performance once again congratulates the Morris Catholic High School girls basketball team for being named the Daily Record team of the year for the seventh time in a row. The Lady Crusaders won 28 consecutive games including the Morris County Tournament. Story here.

    Training the Champs: OHP and NEW YORK are back for another winning season

    one Human Performance is once gain working with the NFL champions, getting ready for another great season. OHP has been working with the New York players and coaching staff since last spring, employing the Functional Movement System (FMS) to all of the players' movement skills and giving them individualized programs to help improve performance and decrease their likelihood for injury.

    We've had the good fortune to work with the players at the stadium facilities, at training camp in Albany, and at our facility in Pine Brook. Click here to see a recent video of Eric and Jay on the job.

    Minor-Leaguer Frank Herrmann Talks About His one Experience

    We are proud to have among our clients Frank Herrmann, pitcher for the "AA" MiLB Akron Aeros. Last year, Frank pitched for the Kinston, N.C. Indians, a class A affiliates of the MLB Cleveland Indians. Frank, a Rutherford native, previously played for Harvard, where he also was a regular contributor of sports articles to the Crimson.

    OHP Offers Functional Movement Screening

    one Human Performance will be offering Functional Movement Screening to our clients. Developed by Sports Medicine professionals, the Functional Movement Screen is simply a way to demonstrate if athletes who have elite strength, power, speed, agility, and sport skills have fundamental flaws that do not show up on a stat sheet. These types of limitations lead to poor efficiency, potential for injury and decreased performance. Our trainers will administer the required tests and then evaluate the results and incorporate them into clients' training program to overcome any issues that come to light.
