ONE Human Performance Center is always actively seeking qualified and talented people to join our staff family. Here are some of the key factors to consider if you would like to be part of our team:

  • By name we are in a "Personal" business. All the letters after your name are meaningless if the person whose name is in front of those letters doesn't represent a high-quality individual with a great personality, strong people skills and upmost integrity and values.
  • We do not offer JOBS to trainers and fitness professionals. Jobs imply a set schedule, guaranteed paycheck and confined framework to your growth. We offer OPPORTUNITIES to passionate, entrepreneurial-minded trainers who are seeking a partnership with an organization that allows increased freedom, limitless potential, an incredible team support system and the ability to become part of something bigger than themselves.

To become a member of our training staff, here are the 4 steps you need to take:

  1. Send a copy of your resume for review to eric@onehumanperformance.com.
  2. If we like what we see, we will invite you in for an interview to discuss the opportunity further. Upon completion of our meeting you will be asked to follow up with an e-mail in the next 24 hours with answers to the following 3 questions:
    Why YOU? How can you make ONE better?
    Why US? Why do you feel ONE is the place for you?
    Game Plan How, when and where do you see things going?
  3. If things continue to progress positively, you will then enter a 60-day trial mentorship program. The first 30 days/month you will be allowed to use our facility to train clients at NO charge. The next month you will pay a nominal fee that will include use of the facility, as well as 4 personal coaching/mentoring sessions to help best prepare you to become a ONE trainer. In these sessions you will learn the basics of our business procedures, client intake and program design, as well as our training philosophies and systems. During this period you are free to charge your clients as much as you like and keep the profits; however, no clients will be given to you by us.
  4. The final step is when you have completed the 60-day period and you are now ready to represent our brand and understand what that means. At this point we will establish a revenue sharing agreement on all sessions performed, as well as a bonus structure based on performance, and it is our responsibility together to build your clientele and following.
