Montville Boys Track Team Are Conference Champs

The Montville High School boys track team, under the direction of our own Mark Leibowitz, have won the first Northern Hills Conference outdoor title in the school's history.

• Anthony Chierici placed first in the 100-meter dash. Teammate Josh Lewis placed second. They did the same for the 200.
• Chierici placed first, Sal Colangelo placed second, and Matt Vinci took fourth in the 400.
• Justin Pagano placed first in the 4x400.
• Matt Vinci won the 400 hurdles
• Kevin Acevedo won the 800-meter, in 2:01.46.
• Jon Tancer threw the shot put 50-7 ¼, to take first place.
