Human Performance Center is comprised of
the top training specialists in the NY/NJ metro area. All of our conditioning
professionals are nationally certified and are specialists in various
aspects of athletic development.
Everything needed to develop the complete athlete is available for

training devices. Our one-of-a-kind performance enhancement studio
offers the ultimate training experience.
It has been said many times that "any chain is only as strong
as its weakest link." That statement holds especially true when
it comes to the kinetic chain of the human body.
Through a comprehensive screening process, we can identify red flags
with an athlete that could be limiting performance, causing chronic
pain or increasing the chance of injury.
Assessment includes testing of the following:

- Muscular Balance and Symmetry
- Movement Skill
- Core Strength
- Body Composition
Unfortunately, the season -- or even the career -- of many athletes
is cut short by injury. When asked afterwards, many of these athletes
regretfully admit that they may have avoided injury had they taken
the time to condition themselves properly.
Balance and Stability Training
Incorporating the latest tools in functional training, such as balance
boards and stability balls, allows the athlete to experience training
in an unstable atmosphere to bring about heightened body awareness
and muscular efficiency.
Custom Flexibility Programs
Various stretching techniques are used
to give the body's muscles and joints symmetrical balance, freedom of
movement, and greater range of motion.
Strength and Power Development
Our highly-trained strength coaches are experienced in how to utilize
medicine balls, bodyweight training and Olympic weightlifting techniques
to create strength that an athlete can transfer into his or her game.
Unlike many other "cookie-cutter" training systems, our
programs address the individuality of each athlete's sport, position,
level of play, and body type.
Speed Coaching
Whether its improving your time in the 40-yard sprint or getting a
quicker first step, our Speed Specialists can work with you to increase
efficiency and improve running technique.
